Parking – Parking available beside the B&B for guests
Access to city centre (1.5 miles) – 5 minute drive, a 30 minute downhill walk, a 10 minute bus journey (bus stop at the end of the drive with a regular service that runs until 11pm.) Taxi ride approx. £7.
University of Bath – 10 minute walk to main building just across the road.
Walk – Located on the infamous National Trust Skyline Walk. Why not have a walk after breakfast or follow the skyline into the city centre?
Directions – Postcode ‘BA27AR’. Follow signs to the American Museum or the University.

The beauty of the Bath is the balance of open countryside and the architecture and boutique character of a small but vibrant city. From our doorstop, you can enjoy the National Trust Bath Skyline walk as one of so many exceptional and  historic attractions in around Bath. 

There is something for everyone nearby, with local charms such as The American MuseumPrior Park or Dyrham Park to name just a few.

The Farm

Rainbow Wood Farm is a working farm that expands just over 300 acres overlooking the city of Bath. With a combination of rare and traditional breed sheep, cows and pigs, there is never a dull or quiet moment at Rainbow Wood Farm. James works full time on the farm and is passionate about maintaining a high standard of animal welfare and sustainable land management.

As a guest of Rainbow Wood Farm, with permission, you are welcome to visit the animals during your stay. Depending on the time of year and if time and weather permits, James is happy to give some tours to visit the animals. If of interest, please ask for availability ahead of your stay.
